profile21 Support VET National Conference

On the 19th and 20th of September this year profile21 attended The National VET conference held in the Melbourne convention and Exhibition centre in Melbourne.

Vocational education and training (VET) enables students to gain qualifications for all types of employment, and specific skills to help them in the workplace.

The National VET Conference is one of the largest gatherings of VET practitioners and decision makers from across Australia, focusing on policy and compliance, RTO business management and training and assessment in the VET sector.

The 2013 National VET Conference was delivered over two days through an exciting range of presentations, providing attendees the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of plenary and elective sessions.

The theme for the two day conference was Evolve, Adapt, Embrace and focused on three distinct streams including; Policy & Compliance, RTO Management and Teaching & Assessing. Plus the addition of a sixth elective stream for Master Classes.

Our very own profile21 administrator Adnan Karadza attended the conference, manning a booth to discuss profile21 as a profiling tool to gather on the job experiences of trainees in today’s work place.

This was a great opportunity for Adnan to be able to mingle and network with leading RTO’s and training organisations, to field questions and training demonstrations.
